At Nawab Din, we are committed to providing you with the finest quality unstitched fabrics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 14-Day Return & Exchange Policy.

1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The fabric is unstitched (un-cut), unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Please Note: Any fabric that has been washed, shrunk, or stitched cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 working days via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged product or the wrong order, Nawab Din will cover all return shipping charges.

  • Customer Preference: If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind (e.g., color or fabric preference), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
